Valchromat is an innovative product that combines the natural features of wood to the brightness of colours and, because of its unique flexibility, allows exploring the third dimension, the beauty of textures and the best of engineering.
Valchromat is not MDF. It is an evolution of the MDF.
The added value of Valchromat comes not only from colour but also from its distinctive composition and manufacturing process. It is a wood fibre panel coloured throughout, where fibres are coloured individually, impregnated with organic dyes and bonded together by a special resin which gives Valchromat unique physic and mechanical features. It is an evolution of MDF (Medium Density Fibreboard) and is clearly superior to coloured MDF.

Coloured throughout
Colour remains, even after cut or machined. It does not require the use of paint. It does not require gluing an edge.
Non Toxic
Ecological organic dyes. Formaldehyde emissions are within limits set by European standards.
Easy to Machine
It has a greater internal bond, which gives it a higher mechanical strength. 30% stronger than standard MDF.
Greater Load Resistance
It has a high bending resistance.
Tool Friendly
It is a low abrasion product considered tools friendly.
Moisture Resistant
It is moisture resistant so it can be used in kitchens, bathrooms and floors.
FIRE RETARDANT VERSION OF PRODUCT AVAILABLE
It is possible to get Valchromat Fireproof. According to EN 13501 ignition test, it is classified as B-s2, d0.
