Cut & Edging
Cutting facilities - We have a strong working relationship with our CNC machining company that we source all of our CNC requirments. Together we offer a complete cutting service, linked to optimising software ensuring the greatest accuracy and yield from our panels. We can cut single panels or production runs with rapid turn around. Linked to our CAD software, our CNC machine centres can produce components to the highest level of complexity with total accuracy. Our machining gives you completed components, freeing up vital time on your shop floor.
Edging plays a vital part in the post production of panels, we have recognised this with some of the most technically advanced edge banders in the market. Our quality is second to none and with large stocks of edge tape, we can provide the complete service.
Bonding Panels
Laminate is more beautiful and versatile than ever. It is specified by interior designers, architects, shopfitters, builders, furniture makers and other fabricators because it offers an attractive and durable finish.
PanelDepot.ie stock some of the biggest laminate brands such as Egger, Kronospan & Resopal. This huge selection includes the popular metallic and veneered laminates. We also offer to bond ANY laminate in current production.
Our bonded boards are manufactured and controlled using the very latest technology and extensive experience. Each individual bonded board is scrutinised for quality, ensuring that they reach the client with highest possible bond quality and strength.
A new showroom
We are developing a new showroom at our location.
We are planning have this showroom to house samples from all the leading brands in laminate and Melamine. Swatches and core options available will also be on view.
